If you are considering a keto diet this book is worth reading. It’s to the the point and factual.

It's nice to find some keto recipes that have ingredients I can find locally and have actually heard of before.

Unsure on one quick read how to actually use it. That is, what to eat each day? I think it said you need to eat the whole recipe. Unsure as to how much you need to eat that day if you eat all the muffins, for example.
