I started my keto lifestyle in January of this year. July has just begun and I've lost 53 lbs., settling in the sweet spot between being overweight and underweight for my height. I no longer need cholesterol medication (my lipids were ideal after being tested one month after going full keto, and I finally said goodbye to metabolic syndrome); I no longer need blood pressure medicine; my GERD is gone; and even my thyroid is turning around to where the medicine is being reduced. What a great help this book has been along this journey--and not just to me--family members have been asking me about this lifestyle. Get this, I spoke with my wife's dietician after their appointment only to find out at the next visit that the dietician, and a couple of her friends, have started on this diet. I tell them what I've been doing, and how it's all laid out accessibly in this book. I'm keeping my own copy for future reference, after having read it--and I bought 3 more copies for family members who have been inspired by the remarkable turn-around in my health. KETO inspires me and continues to be an invaluable resource. I'm going through it again and writing flash cards so I can memorize content and communicate it accurately when answering the many questions I'm getting, while crediting and recommending this source.

This book is excellent for those just starting out on Keto or those that have made the lifestyle change already. There is so much information in this book, easy to understand and I gained so much more knowledge as to a simple lifestyle change makes a huge difference. I would recommend this book to anyone.
