I must admit that while I am new to the Paleo lifestyle, I love good food and this book is no exception. Julie delivers on all accounts. I tried the breakfast tacos and I think I am in love. But, if there is one recipe that she hits it out of the ball park, it would have to be the Buffalo Chicken Casserole. I made it for lunch to see if I would like it for dinner on another night, it is delicious. I highly recommend this book. I'd also recommend that you buy the cookbook reference guide called Conquer Your Kitchen by Chef Jai. I honestly haven't cooked a meal without referring to it. Borrow or buy it, but read it.

Have Julie's other cookbook, good, but not as great as this one, she must have worked so hard to put it together, it's wonderful, loaded with great recipes, have already done the carne/white sweet potato fries one and it's delish, book is a must for anyone doing Paleo, very creative recipes, already done one of them and was it ever great!!
