Although these short stories featuring the mighty Judge Dredd were originally written for children, and although the storylines can be incredibly silly at times, the collected early adventures of Mega-City One's top lawman still qualify as a fully entertaining diversion. It doesn't hurt that top-notch artists like Mike McMahon and Brian Bolland first cut their teeth working on the Judge Dredd stories for 2000 AD.

This is a great collection, the very beginning of Judge Dredd comics. I read all of the Dredd comics and I was thrilled, now I need to get the other collections.
