A trip to Ireland to locate a romantic wedding venue for a bride sounds like the ideal getaway for a wedding planner and her team . . . until they stumble upon a body in a castle.

Annabelle Archer is no stranger to drama, and when a client asks her to hunt down the most dramatic Irish backdrop for her wedding, she and her team jump at the chance. But everything isn't rainbows and shamrocks. The team thought they had their hands full navigating narrow roads, dealing with boisterous American tourists, and avoiding enthusiastic honeymooners, but when a fellow tourist is found murdered in the walled garden of a castle, Annabelle and her crew discover that the Emerald Isle may be hiding some dark secrets. When more calamity strikes their group and it looks like her assistant is being set up to take the fall, Annabelle must find the killer before her luck of the Irish runs out.

Irish Aisle are Smiling is the thirteenth book in the hilarious Annabelle Archer Wedding Planner Mystery series. If you like larger-than-life characters, madcap capers, and an insider's look at glamorous society weddings, then you'll love Laura Durham's award-winning series.

I love these books! I was looking for a new author when I came upon Laura Durham, since then I have been non-stop reading this series. I immediately fell in love with the characters. Each story is a mystery wrapped around Annabelle, a wedding planner, and her eccentric friends. There is also a colorful neighbor and a hot cop. The stories are interesting, they move along and there is always a twist that you didn't see coming.

I LOVE this series! Annabelle and and her fabulous yet somewhat wacky crew of wedding planners have once again managed to keep me smiling and out right laughing!! A mystery, high jinx, and general madcap scenarios keep the pages turning. I see myself and a few of my cohorts in these characters!! Looking forward to the next wedding adventure!

It was so fun to travel to Ireland with the group! I loved the spin on this story revolving around them scouting out wedding locations, instead of just executing a wedding day. Also loved the surprise at the end and I can't wait to see how that all plays out!

If you have read Annabelle Archer before, then you can’t miss this latest book. Buster and Mack touring Irish castles, Fern dressing for every occasion in authentic Irish garb. Richard trying to drive and not be driven crazy. Annabelle and Kate trying to find the perfect wedding venue while dodging dead bodies and trying to not get thrown in jail by cute Irish policemen. All the crazy antics you have come to expect from Annabelle and her crew.

Once again Laura Durham has written a funny and clever tale of a Washington DC wedding planner and her quirky friends. Her characters are people you would like to know and have for friends. Each book just gets better. This adventure takes place in Ireland. While the weddkng planners and associates investigate possible venues for weddings, they stumble across some shady happenings. Of course they have to try and find answers. You won't be disappointed when you read this, just sorry when the story ends.

Annabelle, Kate, Richard and Fern have flown to Ireland to scope out potential wedding venues for a destination wedding they are planning. What happens after they arrive is mayhem, adventure, murder and a whole bus load of new friends. This is a fun, funny and entertaining cozy mystery set in the beautiful country of Ireland. The characters are amazing - full of life, lots of personality and each quirky in their own way. As usual Laura Durham weaves a hilarious tale, with unexpected plot twists, creative situations, and witty dialogue, that keeps you guessing who-done-it until the dramatic climax and the surprise ending. The beautiful and wonderfully described historical places in Ireland add authenticity and charm to this story. As with the other books in this series, a bit of romance is included. I love the series but you can read this book as a stand-alone but be prepared to fall in love with the characters and want to read the rest. This is probably my favourite book of all in the Annabelle Archer series. Even though it's totally fine reading it as a stand alone, it'd be beneficial to read one or more previous ones as the characters come back in each story. Anyway, this book has all the ingredients to be an excellent escape from everyday life. It has excitement and tension, a lot of laughs and such excellent descriptions of the locations that I almost felt I was there. It took to the end to realize 'who had done it'. Highly recommended!

A destination wedding turns out to be an adventure for the team. Fern seems to be extra fun while visiting Ireland, by far he is my favorite character in this book. Throughout the book the team has to use their wit and individual strengths to solve the mystery while abroad. I think that this book is the best in the series this far. REVIEW Few authors consistently deliver multiple satisfactions the way Laura Durham does. In book after book of her Wedding-Planner mysteries, she offers engrossing plots, wacky but quite believable characters, and laughter-producing dialogue. (Don’t read IRISH AISLES ARE SMILING at Starbucks unless you’re impervious to stares from patrons who’d rather sip in silence – you will laugh out loud.) Durham’s latest offering takes Annabelle and her crew to Ireland for venue shopping where they encounter murder, attempted murder, looting, and assorted felonies. The lively and evocative descriptions of the emerald isle’s castles, Great Houses, pubs, and tea rooms make you feel you’re there. And for her steady readers, the last two pages reveal a new turn that this delightful series is about to make.

Irish Aisles are Smiling is another great Annabelle Wedding Planner Mystery. Planning a destination wedding takes Annabelle to Ireland. In addition to the lovely descriptions of old castles and gardens, a murder victim is discovered. True to form, Annabelle and her gang cannot keep from getting involved in a little detective work. The author cleverly dances through the suspects. There is plenty of humor and laugh out loud moments with returning characters helping along the way. It was a delightful read.

Following the gang to Ireland to scout destination wedding locations in #13 of the series was so fun. Of course when a murder takes place, the gang (or at least Annabelle) can’t keep out of it and shenanigans ensue. I loved the book and the pages kept turning. For the first time there is no actual wedding but I loved changing it up a little and I LOVE Annabelle and Reese. As expected from this author. I love the storyline, the setting, and the characters because they are so unique and fabulous. The mystery is also vey captivating. It is nothing like I expected. The story kept me guessing until the end. I could not guess whot the culprits were. That certainly shocked me. I can't get enough of it. I love it!
