I, like many other people who loved inheritance. was very excited about the deluxe edition. It was hard to get a clear picture of what exactly was going to be in it, but it sounded good. I bought a copy and the only differences were a picture of shuriken, an extra few pages that talk about what is going in all of the main character's lives and a couple of small additions to the book, mainly a few extra sentences and corrections. Unless you have not bought a copy of the original Inheritance, this is not worth buying. The five star rating I gave this is for the book itself, not for buying a new copy.

This book is amazing. And paolini gave a hint that there will be another book coming out! In the 4th paragraph of the acknowlegements. The book has good details but no pictures of what all the dragons would actually look like in real life based on his desctriptions of them. I couldn't grasp what the characters would look like in my mind. Over all this was one of the best books i ever read even though he messed up on some terms like bracers.

Upon first reading Eragon, a long time ago, I was hoping for a moderate read, as it was recommended by a friend. Now, upon my fourth or fifth time rereading it, I can only express admiration as to how Christopher Paolini manages to weave such a intricate tale. Plot: 4/5 A bit too straightforward, but overall good. Characters: 5/5 While reading, I truly feel like I am in the story with Eragon, Saphira, Roran, Arya, and Nasuada. Events and Scenes: 5/5 Truly astonishing. A sense of suspense hangs over everything and every event flows into the next. Overall: 5/5 The rich complexity of the novel just draws me in and I keep rereading this series. I just can’t get enough. Looking forwards to the next tale in Alagaesia!

I've read and re-read the entire series several times since they were first released. I absolutely love this series, and cannot wait for number 5 to be released.

I have read all the books several times and I own the ebook version and real physical books! My point is this book a,azingly concludes the series and continues to leave some ,ystery for you to think what happened.

I so loved this book and series as a whole. Yes I am one of those people who got the box set in paperback. And right after I read it, found all four books in hardback so I bought them. But when I found them in ebook format as the deluxe set I had to have them and read them all in like a three week span! I love all the extra stuff in them! I can't wait for him to write another book even a stand alone book to the series.
