About the Author

Father William B. Frazier, M.M., was ordained a Maryknoll priest in 1959. After receiving his S.T.D. degree in Dogmatic Theology at the Angelicum University in Rome, he spent his entire career teaching seminarians at Maryknoll College, Glen Ellyn, Illinois, and Maryknoll School of Theology, Maryknoll, New York. A member of the Catholic Theological Society of America, Father Frazier was active among missiology scholars and practitioners. His life has been devoted to teaching, scholarship, and an understanding that the death of Jesus is the path to the peace that God gives us.
