Whether you just have a curious mind or believe in the teachings, this book offers you the vintage advice lost in the years of our time. It was very hard for me to put down the book for turning each page was new and exciting. I have always dreamed and strived to be the best possible housewife and mother possible but the teachings just are not in schools anymore. This book helped me with the advice I wish I had learned. I am always recommending this book to friends and family as I am sure you will do the same.

This is an amazing little book! I am in my second year of college and after much trial and error, I wanted to start conciously learning about how to live on my own. I wanted a traditional home economics book that could teach me traditional concepts to help me survive on my own. I got that and so much more in this book. This book is beautiful and covers everything. Even down to the craftsmanship of the book itself (a lovely textured cover with clean binding), it is absolute perfection. When I showed it to my mom, she asked me to order one for her too. It is timeless advice for all generations. I would strongly suggest this as a graduation present or present for a young person.
