Overview

Lauren Brooke brings the emotional depth of Heartland home with the third title in her exceptional new boarding school series, Chestnut Hill.

As the girls of Chestnut Hill become closer, they learn more about one another's lives before boarding school. But Honey has a secret too close to her heart to share. She hasn't told anyone yet that she has a twin, so how can she bring him up now, when he's so sick? Then, when Patience's new pony, Minuet, is injured, Honey finds herself wanting to nurse the mare back to health. She pours all of her emotion into caring for the pony, even though she knows Minuet will never be her own. No one understands her dedication to Minuet, least of all Honey herself.

This book is a great story, and I could read it again and again. It's very hard to put down, and I think it was just as good, if not better, than the last two books. This series is so good, and any girl ages 10+ who likes horses (and who doesn't?) should read this. You'll love it!

Yasmine! If you hate these books so much, go away! You posts your comments of dislike a lot already, and for all of us horselovers and chestnut hill lovers, it's very annoying. Anyways, this series is awsome and joyful. I hope I can get my very own horse soon

When Moonlight Minuet arrives at Chestnut Hill, Honey is instantly drawn to her. Never mind that the stunning new pony belongs to Patience, who has been the furthest thing from a loyal friend. But when Minuet becomes injured, Honey decides to help her, even when the other girls warn her away. They don't know why helping the pony is so important to Honey. If only they knew her deepest secret, they might begin to understand.

After reading some of the Heartland series, which I did not like at all it I was a little leary about this book. But now I'm hooked this book was awsome I definetly will be reading more. I was upset that I couldn't start from the beginning since the store at the time only had book 3.

I wished there had been more Heartland books because I also felt addicted to them. I looked at them once and didn't want to read them but then when I went back to get them and read them I couldn't help but go back to get more. I have read all the Heartland books and own all of them including the special edition. In the end you just have to use your imagination and make up your own endings. I have not had a chance to read the Chestnut Hill books but I know they will be GREAT!! I really can't wait to get started reading them!!

Come on.... The heartland series was ok....but just beacuse it ended everyone is upset because they think there are no more books like it! Chestnut Hill is a awesome book I love Honey and I'd love to be in a horse boarding school... so if you stop obsessing over heartland you would relize how good chestnut hill is!

I know how everyone feels about HEARTLAND being over but please move on. CHESTNUT HILL is a great new series and it is just as good in its own way. I realize that HEARTLAND was a part of everyone's lives as it was mine but come on. This is a new beginning and HEARTLAND will be Always There. So lets review about CHESTNUT HILL. I love these books.. Sam was such a surprise I never would have guessed! I love Honey, Dylan, Lani, and Malorie! I love how they have so much. And Lyndsay is such an oxymoron type person! I absolutely love Lauren Brooke's writing!

AWESOME!! This is the best book in the series!! The book talks about how Honey deals with the problem she has and how she keeps a secret from her friends .It feals like it is your problem and secret instead of Honey's.

I waz so upset when Lauren Brooke ended the Heartland series. I loved them so much that I has gotten all of the books and the special edition. THey were amazing. And I ride 2, so I knew everything that she was talking about. But when I heard that Amy was going to be in book #2, I was immdietly addicted, and I hadn't even read the back cover of the dang book. When I bought them, I read them immdietly, like Ihad the Heartlandd books and I got attached. NOw, any time I go near a B&N, I go in and see if the 3rd one is out. That's how good they are!

Chestnut Hill rox my sox!!!!! Althougt I was disappointed when Lauren Brooke ended Heartland.I almost toatally devoated my self to it. I bought all the books + the special edition. I really think that both series pulls you in so it's like your a bystander in the story. Chestnut Hill is going to go to the top. I horse-back ride and i wish i could use Amy's theripes but i can't find any where that sells deluted lavender oil. I LOVE BOTH SERIES!!!!!

As you all ready know that none of us have read this book yet I still believe that it will turn out OUTSTANDING! The first two books that have come out in the series where absolutely fantastic. I like the way Lauren Brooke changes the main character in each book so we see chestnut hill in different ways. I have also read all the Heartland books once or twice the are definitely highly recommended. It is nice to have Amy mentioned in the first two books of Chestnut hill!

I love the chestnut hill book series so far, I'm really picky on books, but I especially love horse books, and this is the best series so far, except for heartland. But now i'm begging my dad to get me the books cause I love them so much!!

I haven't read this book obviously because it hasen't come out yet, but this series is great. I used to compare this series to Heartland beacause of the author, but now I can't even imagine comparing it to Heartland. The first two books were amazing so I can guess what this book will be like. This series has definatly proved that it can stand on it's own. I would recommend this book to anyone, any age. I am 15 and because of Heartland I started to read this series and I still love it. Anyone who read Heartland and not this is seriously missing out. Lauren Brooke keep up the good work! You Rock!

Chestnut Hill isn't that wonderful. I mean, the cover is pretty, but you can't just judge a book by its cover. The other books are much better than the last.
