Overview

How is your health? This book deals with nutrition, exercise, water, sunlight, fresh air, and shows the reader a better way to assist the body in healing itself. Prescription drugs do not heal the body. They come with a laundry list of bad side effects that destroy your body, including death. You should not be dieting, but change the way you eat for optimum health. Develop a lifestyle change by removing harmful foods from your diet and replacing them with healthy foods. Take charge of your health and do not leave it up to doctors to do it for you. Many of them are billing your insurance companies for services they did not perform, or treat you for diseases you do not have. Some of them treat you with excessive dosage of harmful chemicals they put in your body, all for the love of money. You are your best advocate, do not be so quick to put your trust in another human being. Do your homework and do a check on the doctor who you will be seeing. See if there are any complaints against them.
This book is different from the rest of the health books because it incorporates the spiritual as well as the physical and offers hope for optimum health.

About the Author

Verna did not set out to write books, it was the farthest thing from her mind. She is someone many can identify with, who is in the same situation as she found herself in. The Lord assured her that all the gold and silver belongs to him, the cattle on a thousand hills are his, and he is a God that can be trusted. He promised he would supply all her needs, as she went through dark difficult days. The book(s) she has written she had to experience some of what others were feeling and going through, because if she did not, how could she write about some of those things. The Lord had other plans and purpose for her life. Verna believes that it is better to prevent an illness than to treat it after it has developed.
