Most Helpful Customer Reviews
This series is just plan fun. A magical castle, flying Griffins, wizards...what's not to enjoy. Like the other books in the series, this book contains a whole new adventure. The evil wizard, Arkwright, who was captured at the end of book 3, has escaped from prison. Celie and her family must find him before he carries out his sinister plans. I am a sucker for sequels. I just can't resist learning what happens to my beloved characters. This book continues many relationships from the previous books, and I enjoyed seeing them advance. The adventure was fun, and the world building was consistent and enjoyable. Jessica Day George has delivered another delightful book. Again, my rating is a little low because middle grade books aren't the ideal genre for me. I think younger audiences would love this book. As I've said before, I can't wait to share this series with my son when he's a little older. http://www.momsradius.com/2016/05/book-review-fridays-with-wizards-mg.html
