This book is about as in-depth as a couple of web pages, but the one star isn't for that. Do not recommend raspberry leaf tea for pregnant women without mentioning that it strengthens the uterus by causing contractions. Only use it in the last couple of months of pregnancy or you risk miscarriage. The lack of information makes me distrust
