This book describes the most thorough set of retirement transition skills available for ministers. Ministers, missionaries, and chaplains face much more difficult retirement issues than the average secular individual. They not only lose their occupation, but the often lose friends, culture, identity, self-esteem, and too frequently, even their future hope of ministry. This book helps ministers define:

1. What is a successful retirement, especially for global servants such as ministers, missionaries, and chaplains?

2. How can a minister know when to retire?

3. How can a minister gracefully leave his/her calling to retire?

4. What should a minister consider when transitioning into retirement and back to a home culture?

5. How can a minister transition and re-enter into effective ministry in a retirement home town?

6. What helps and tools will help the retirement transition?
