"I devour every single delicious word Alexa Riley writes." —#1 New York Times and USA TODAY bestselling author Maya Banks

New York Times bestselling author Alexa Riley's first full-length novel shows just what happens when a strong, possessive man finds the woman of his dreams

I'll never forget the way she looked, so confident and sure of herself. I watched her from a distance. She wasn't ready for me yet. I didn't approach her and I didn't disturb her, but I never once took my eyes off her.

Mallory Sullivan is ready to start her new life. After graduating at the top of her class, she's landed one of the most coveted internships in the United States. Hard work and determination have gotten her to this moment of living the life she only dreamed of growing up in foster care.

From the start, I knew that she would be my greatest achievement, so the day I let her go, I set down a path for her. A path to me.

She never expected Oz to be the greatest culmination of those dreams. But sometimes fate determines who you fall in love with. Who makes you lose control. Who owns your soul.

And then you realize it wasn't fate at all…

I've wanted to care for and protect her since the first moment I saw her. I've constructed everything in our lives so that at the perfect moment, I could have her, could give her the life she deserves.

The time has come.

I feel like I've waited forever for this book to come out and i was not disappointed at all. Miles is just a little over the top but he saw and wanted and got his girl. Mallory came out of this the true winner of the two becuase she got the crazy hot OTT alpha.

I would love to give the story 0 stars. The plot had a male lead that was a stalker type. He watched the lead character for years and manipulated her life. Next thing you know the female lead act like she wants to be controlled and treated like a object. Too far fetched. Hated this read.

I say this because the storyline is really good, a definite page turner, despite it being borderline stalker/obsesser. If the language wasn't so vulgar and intimate moments so crass, I would give it 6 stars! Both main characters deserve each other. He's crazed and it appears that she loves every minute of it, even though occasionally she puts on the breaks! Definitely different!

Little bit good. Little bit bad. Definitely a little bit creepy. Like another reviewer mentioned, the male lead is a psychotic stalker type. Not my thing. But I was still at least entertained enough to finish it. Not sure I really care enough to read more of the series though. Probably wait to see what the reviews say first...

'Everything for Her' by Alexa Riley is book One in the "For Her" series. This is the story of Mallory and Miles 'Oz'. I read the second book in this series " "His Alone" and fell in Love with Ms. Riley's writing so I had to hunt this book down next and read it! This book did not disappoint me at all!! It had the Strong Obsessive Alpha Male Character that I had hoped for! It had the Strong, Sweet Caring Female Character that I had wished for too. Needless to say I had to read this in one sitting. I could not put this book down. Mallory was a smart orphan child that was raised in the Foster care system. When she was a young teenager about to graduate, she was offered a sponsorship to College that she took. There she meet her best friend Paige. After college she was offered by the same company an Internship that she quickly took. So her and Paige moved to New York to start working. There she meets Miles who she calls Oz. Mallory starts to instantly like Oz and they start to see each other. But Mallory starts to figure out that something else has been going on with Oz's side of the relationship. Can Mallory forgive and forget once she realizes what been going on?

Alexa Riley's "Everything For Her" is the first tale in a new series. This story is very intense. Oz is just this side of a crazy stalker guy! I love his presents and devotion...normally I don't go in for all the rich guy presents, but these were amazing and special. The sexy scenes are plentiful and super intense - just like Oz! I can't wait to read #2!

I'm kind of torn about this book. This book was intense and hard to put down. Miles was a bit.. obsessive and stalker-ish for my liking, but I was able to finish the story. I kept reading, thinking it might go differently. I'm not much for the obsessive stalker "alpha" males. Basic plot: Miles sees Mallory at a high school academic event, but she's only 17, so he DOESN'T EVEN INTRODUCE HIMSELF. He just spends the next 5 years orchestrating her life so eventually she lands in his lap. He gives her a scholarship to Yale. He makes sure the only internship she gets offered is at his company. He gets daily updates on her life to feed his addiction. So when they finally meet, there seems to be an instant attraction, but the little comments he makes about "You don't know how long I've waited for you," they just add to to the creepy factor. He gets her to do quite a few things that make me go "dude, no. No. NO!" But the bedroom scenes were pretty hot, so it did have that going for it, aside from Miles pulling the ole "I don't have a condom, but it will be okay" garbage. There were a few moments that were so sweet, I was reaching for the orajel to mend my toothache. But even when the whole thing gets uncovered, Mallory is too quick to forgive. The bulk of the book pretty much takes place over only a few days, so their romance is very fast paced. For someone who is supposed to be so smart and good with numbers, she sure is naive about relationships. Which probably stems back to being in foster care most of her life and needing connection, so what a normal human sees as stalkerish, she sees as sweet and giving her the family she's never had. Side note: Mallory spends hours and hours getting ready for her internship at the company and studying everything she can about the infrastructure, and yet, somehow she is completely oblivious that her boyfriend is the head of the co. How do you miss this? If she was so obsessive about "studying" she would have had the bosses' profiles & pictures memorized.... So, this wasn't really the book for me. I wasn't ever planning on reading this tale based on the blurb, but for some reason, a copy ended up in my mailbox, so I read it. If you loved Fifty Shades of Grey and think it was a great love story, this is probably a good book for you.

Miles/Oz had seen Mallory the first time when Oz was twenty two and Mallory was seventeen. Mallory was in a state level H S math competition and she won. Paige and Mallory move to NYC after graduation from college- Yale- Paige and Mallory had been roommates since freshman year. Now they are in a condo Paige bought to start a home in NYC. Even though Paige and Mallory are so different they are best friends actually more like sisters. Paige and Mallory balance each other out. Paige had bought the condo when Mallory told her she had gotten an offer to intern at Osborne Corp They Corp only offers three internships a year. Paige decided they were going out their first night in NYC and it’s a Friday night. As Mallory orders a second drink she sees a credit card handed to the bartender to pay for her drink. Mallory had been in the foster system since she was a young child she didn’t remember her parents but did have a photo album in her closet with her and her parents in it. Mallory had been really smart and did well in school. Mallory is memorized by the man who had paid for her drink and had never been so flirty with a stranger. When asked her name she tells the man to pretend they were in Emerald City and he was the wizard behind the curtain. So then the man tells her his name is Oz. At twenty three Mallory had never slept with a man or really even dated as she concentrated on school. But she does give Oz her name and number before leaving the nightclub. Oz texts Mallory Sunday night but Mallory doesn’t find out a whole lot about him. Paige also gets a job at Osborne Corp in security. Mallory falls for Oz quickly but he seems as committed and connected and fallen for Mallory. I loved this story.Maybe Oz went about things wrong but he loved Mallory and would do anything to make her happy. I liked also that Oz made sure Mallory had the opportunity to get a good education she of course had to do the work. Also a chance at a good job. Oz also let Mallory carry on with her job I know Paige was hired as Mallory’s bodyguard but she truly loved Mallory as a sister. I was glad Paige talked Oz into giving Mallory some time once she found out the truth. I also loved the fact Mallory forgave Paige rather easily. I truly enjoyed this story so much. I didn’t want to set it down once I started reading it. I loved the characters and the ins and outs of this story and I highly recommend.

Everything for Her by Alexa Riley is a full-length novel about an elusive over-the-top billionaire who falls in love at first sight with Mallory Sullivan, a girl out of his reach when he first sees her while making an appearance at a state-level math competition. With a past, secrets and enemies that could threaten his happiness, along with his own burning desire for revenge, Miles Osbourne has obstacles standing in his way before he can claim Mallory as his own. Undeterred, he is willing to wait years and do whatever it takes to keep her safe until it's the perfect time for them to meet. I love reading Alexa Riley's novels because I always know I will be swept off my feet by how sexy and swoon-worthy their heroes are and how scorching their couples are together physically and emotionally. Furthermore, I love how easily it is to get absorbed in the lives of their characters. Everything for Her is no exception. The moment I started it, I could not put it down until I was done. Very character-driven, I love that we are given both Miles and Mallory's point-of-views throughout the novel. Miles definitely comes on strong and is very obsessed with the woman he loves. Utterly devoted the moment he sees her, he's planned and waited four years for his Mallory. Now that she's finally in New York, in his company Osborne Corporation as an intern, and now within reach he can no longer wait patiently. He easily overwhelms Mallory at times, but she's a strong heroine and holds her own. There are also many sweet and romantic moments within the novel, one of my favorites involves Miles trying to win back Mallory and no longer holding back. Wednesday was so sweet and amusing. You must read to see for yourself. Besides Miles and Mallory, the supporting characters were just as intriguing, more specifically Paige. I adored Mallory's roommate and best friend. Their friendship was well-developed and Paige's backstory that was touched upon has me eager for the next book. I'm excited to read more about Paige and Miles' head of security, Ryan Justice (aka Captain). Overall, Everything for Her was a wonderful romance with characters that were seductive, humorous, and entertaining. I wholeheartedly recommend, and look forward to reading the next book, His Alone.

Wow, what a story this is! Welcome to the Land of Oz. Pay every single bit of attention to the man behind the curtain because he's going to change your life. Not only is he going to change it, he's going to orchestrate every single thing in Mallory Sullivan's life to lead her straight to him. **this book is a little tough to review without giving too much away. You just have to read it** Miles/Oz first sees Mallory at a math competition he was asked to judge, he half heartedly agrees and when he sees Mallory something in him shifts. We see later in the book how he's watched from a distance but just how and the way he watched will twist your head into a knot. Growing up in foster care, she did have parents that placed an emphasis on education. Mallory is very bright and gets a full ride to college. After working her tail off in college finds herself interning at one of the most prestigious and coveted companies in the country. She's living with her best friend from college who also moved to New York and later happens to get hired at the same company. She's hired along with two others. A guy who's useless and another girl who turned down a job at the White House for this one. The girls do basically scut work but Mallory works to impress and learns her job quickly. Meanwhile she meets Oz, and they begin a relationship, unaware she's working for the company he owns. This book is fascinating. Truly, to watch this unfold. The story of them as two people getting to know each other. He's admitted obsession with her, but it's not a sick obsession, so don't confuse that here. I'd like to use a better word... avid fascination maybe. He manages to keep his identity a secret from her for a good portion of the book. When she does discover his manipulations and the depth and length to which he's gone, she's devastated which brings up another round of character study here. The twists and turns in here are very subtle, we see a man who is in love and I want to say almost hopelessly so. For five years he's watched and waited. For you the reader, you read and wait to see what transpires and how this all plays out for the two of them. This was an incredible book. So many layers to peel back and see. All the while, he did everything for her. Incredible. Watch the man behind the curtain. Sometimes there are far better places than home. **arc from NetGalley and publisher in exchange for a fair review**

4,5 A full lenght novel from Alexa Riley is just what every reader needs! After so many short novellas from this author and after so many complains about them being so short, we now get out satisfaction with Everything For Her. If you've read at least one of this authors books then you know what to expect. Having so many pages to gush about the writing, the romance and the angst is a perfect Christmas gift. I loved the story from the start to finish. There really wasn't anything that I didn't like, honestly. And that happens maybe one in a five hundrets books for me. There is a reason I'm such a huge fan of AR and they didn't let me down with this story. The hero is so amazing. But I'm going to be honest, had I met him in real live, I'd run for the hills, since he is so OTT and obsessed with his woman. But that's exactly the reason he makes a perfect book boyfriend. There is truly nothing that he wouldn't do for her. I admit, his original plan of how to get Mallory backfired at him and left him for a few days in agony but besides that, what an amazing hero! Also, as far as Mallory's character goes, she's just so cute and charming in her own way. She's super smart and really worked herself to the bones to get to where she's now. Since she's an orphan, her life wasn't all roses and sunshine. That made her a fighter. And once she loves, she loves deep. Her bestfriend Paige is an awesome character and together they make a great team. When the truth came out, all seemed to crumble for Mallory but she found a way to move on. The only thing that I didn't like about this story is the question what happens to Miles's father. I think we'll get the full answer to that in Paige's story. Can't wait to see what happenes between her and Captain, as she calls him. All in all, I think AR should stick to full novels. Now that we've got them, there's no turning back to the short stories.
