About the Author
I always wanted to be a chef, and even when all my friends dreamed of becoming presidents, athletes and lawyers, I was mesmerized by all those cooking utensils we had in our kitchen. Growing up and attending Columbus Culinary Institute my major source of inspiration was (and has been till now) Jamie Oliver, as I was always amazed by his never-ending desire to change the world through cooking. And though I already reached many heights in my profession, I am still willing to grow, learn new things, share my culinary experience and educate people how healthy nutrition can promote wonderful changes in their lives.
