This high-impact workout concentrates on increasing cardio intensity to burn fat while sculpting the body. Alternating floor and step routines with their "muscle-confusion system" -- hard, quick-changing moves that push muscles to the max without straining -- creates an excellent workout. All the stepping can be hard on the knees, but modifications can be made. This workout is recommended for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.
