I rate this as good, because of two things. One it's an alright movie. Though the acting leaves a little something to be desired, the story is pretty good. A few scenes in the movie, seemed to be a little cheesy, but considering this is more of a B-movie, it's understandable. The second thing is the actor who portrays Tarzan. Don't get me wrong, he is not the best actor in the world, but he does make the movie enjoyable at best. If you just want a movie to relax to, then this would be it. If you can get past the cheesiness and the bad acting at times, then this will be the movie for you. It's a regular B-movie. Don't think I believe this a bad movie, on the contrary, it's a good movie to watch when I need something to cheer me up or to get lost in. Think of it as Flash Gordon, but in the jungle. For any fans of the Tarzan world, this movie will be an almost welcome addition.
