This workout has a lot of variety. I alternate between this tape and other Kathy Smith workouts pretty much every day, and this one is my favorite. She provides a great warm-up, which previews some of the moves you'll be doing later in the work-out. The upper body segment is great and keeps you moving/sweating. Portions of the lower body workout are strenuous if you do them right and sometimes hard to get through, but provide a wonderful challenge. The aerobics portions include high and low impact moves and are varied and fun. As usual, Kathy Smith offers nearly flawless cueing and easy to follow explanations of the right way to move. The length--60 minutes--is perfect. One hour and you've worked your entire body, especially your heart!
