The music is very repetitive, mostly just a line or two of rhythm, so not at all fun. She teaches only one move--a simple rumba step. Everything else, you're supposed to pick up on your own. I am quicker than average at picking up dance steps, and I was able to pick up the merengue routine by watching, but not the salsa moves. I ended up looking up how to do the salsa online. I am mid-50s and in okay, but not super shape. For me, the 20 min. merengue workout was equivalent to a moderate walk on a flat surface. However, the spine roll on the warm-up was done so fast that had I tried to keep up, I'm afraid I would have hurt my back. The instruction is done with a voice over and includes periodic fake-sounding laughs. So if you're quick at picking up dance moves and just starting out with cardio, this might work for you.

not complicated, easy directions, I'm over 100 lbs overweight & this provides a great cardio workout. I do the warm up and one routine after work. It's fun & my co-workers have joined me on occasion!
