Directed by Dwight H. Little, Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid is the sequel to 1997's tongue-in-cheek Anaconda, though none of the original cast have returned. The film chronicles a fateful mission ordered by a pharmaceutical giant: to travel deep in to the jungles of Borneo, where a rare black orchid -- one that can be used to attain immortality -- has bloomed for hundreds of years, unbeknownst to man. The eager horticulturists sent have no idea that an indigenous population of bloodthirsty anacondas has been privy to the orchid's properties for years. Not only have the orchids augmented their already phenomenal size, strength, and vitality, they've substantially increased the snakes' appetites for flesh. Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid features Peter Curtis, Johnny Messner, Morris Chestnut, and Eugene Byrd. ~ Tracie Cooper

I thought it was really good. It was pretty exiting too. I recomend it if you're looking for a good snake filled horror movie!

The movie Anaconda is both a horror and adventure type of movie. This 97-minute movie was no better than any other horror/thriller movie that I have seen . The twisted movie plot include a group of money-hungry scientist and a CEO trying to find and research the Black Orchid, a flower that could grant longer life. Along this scientific expedition, they run into a species of snake s , known as anacondas. Slowly , but surely , a traitor is suspected among the group. Instead of fighting against the snakes, they find themselves fighting against each other. Who will kill each other first, only watching the movie will help you come up with a good conclusion. The movie was rated PG-13 for action violence, scary images and some language. Actors and Actress in this movie were Johnny Messner, KaDee Strickland, Matthew Marsden, Nicholas G onzales, Eugene Byrd, Karl Yune, Salli Richardson, Morris Chestnut, Andy Anderson, Nicholas Hope, Peter Curtin, Denis Arndt, Khoa Do, Aireti, Andre Tandjund, and a few more other. I enjoyed the movie but it could’ve been a lot better, overall it wasn’t a bad movie . I would give this movie 3 stars
