Some of the dance steps may be too complicated for beginners, so it's a tape that's probably best used by those who learn aerobic steps and routines quickly. Given the extensive use of sit-ups and crunches, this may not be the best video for those with any special neck or back pain problems. Those who stick with this tape until they've learned how to do all of the demonstrated steps are usually happy with it. Viewers need to be ready to keep a careful eye on the fast-moving instructors.
