'Weight loss' is unfortunately a misleading term. Based on erroneous advice from many well-meaning but under-informed diet books, readers suffer through a diet and think they've lost weight. The weight they've lost may often be large amounts of muscle tissue and water, but little fat, which is the main culprit. This book details a brand-new approach to dieting that is uniquely designed for Indians. Based on his experience of nearly three decades in the field of obesity, which started with the successful treatment of over 10,000 patients in India, he found that the Indian physiology is different from others. Hence this book where he designed a unique diet for our unique needs.
