She knows that if she can find any trace of Theo Taggart, Case will be forced to let her back into his life. Months of searching have finally paid off and she knows this is her second chance. A desperate search Case and Mia follow the clues they hope will lead them to Theo and the villainous Hope McDonald, but the search becomes increasingly dangerous. From Dallas to South America and beyond, dark forces work against them and threaten their lives. 300+ pages. Was this a good book? Yes. But only good. Far from what I've come to expect and love from Lexi Blake. 2 sex scenes. Very, very, very light bdsm. Sex scenes were blah. Definite topping from the bottom. Less humor and interaction with past characters. I missed it. A lot. Case changed for her. Awww, not!! Fail! I really want to know what's up with Lexi Blake? Too many other projects? Tired of the series? What? Because this is not what I'm used to. At all. 3 stars because....well...Lexi Blake. And it wasn't horrible.

Out of all the books in this series, this was by far the most disappointing. Not bad, but really lite on what I have come to expect. Where is the substance, the edginess? I missed that. Hope you get your mojo back by the next book.

This was a good entertaining story. I need to do a reread on the entire series and then each new book. I love the dialogue between the main characters, funny and entertaining. Case and Mia fit, but curveballs are thrown at you to keep life interesting.

Wow! This book is a game changer for all those at McKay-Taggart Security! I was on the edge of my seat the entire time with this book! I just can't get enough of this series and all the characters! When reading you feel like you are right there with them, following along beside them and their crazy, adventurous and dangerous journeys! The way it ended was WOW!
I am full of mixed emotions! Tears of joy. Tears of sadness. Most of all tears for the hope of a future!
Case Taggart and Mia Danvers-Lawless relationship may have started on lies, but they both had good intentions. Now getting the stubborn Case Taggart to realize that is another thing entirely. Mia is determined to prove herself to him and she has found the one thing that not even the best investigators on the team could find... Proof that Case's twin brother Theo isn't dead!! Together Mia and Case set out on a secret, dangerous mission to bring Theo Taggart home. They also must stop the sociopath Hope McDonald from destroying more innocent lives with the drug she created that allows her to control and reshape a mind. To build a lethal Army of deadly killers. To make matters worse everyone wants to get their hands on her research! Enemies are coming at them from all angles and trust doesn't come easy when the stakes are so high. Along the way Mia and Case discover a lot about themselves and what they are willing to do for love. Case will have to decide what's more important to him before he looses his brother and his girl for good. Taggart's Never Die, but I just might waiting for Erin and Theo in Submission Is Not Enough!! Dominance Never Dies by Lexi Blake is the eleventh book in her Masters and Mercenaries World. This is Mia and Case´s story. Mia Lawless is undercover in Sanctum and McKay - Taggart. She wants to find the murder of her best friend and wants to discover the Collective, a criminal organization who threatened her family´s business. But instaed a killer she finds friendship under the clubs subs and love in a place where she never dreamed of. Case Taggart recently lost his twin brother vTheo and the loss is cruciating. The whole family is grieving his loss and then everything comes crashing down on them and Mia is a part of the problem. Her lies and avoidance lead to a bitter breakup. Both are miserable and she leaves. Case pulls his head out and wants her back. With patience and time he reaches his goal. The Taggarts are their own special class of gorgeous, heroic and sexy men and I really can´t wait for Theo´s story, Submission is not enough.

Not my favorite of the series, but still a good read. Liked the introduction of Mia's brothers. Sounds like more good stories on the way!

The Taggarts. A name sure to send females hearts everywhere racing, especially submissives. First we had Sean, who swooped in on his Gracie and protected her from an evil ecoterrorist and Mr Black. Then we have Ian, that lemon donut, Guns N Roses loving leader of McKay-Taggart who you never quite know if what he's saying is naughty or nice. (I say naughty.) He was a much harder man until his Charlie came back from the dead and brought him back to life. Now, we have the first of the Taggart twins, half brothers to Ian and Sean. Case has had to mourn his twin Theo's death during an op gone bad. And worse, he found out the woman he really liked was lying about who she was. A big no-no for Case. It's eight months later, and Mia Lawless Danvers has worked tirelessly to find a way back into the man she loves arms. She's done just that, she's found proof that Theo is alive and she knows where he is. But when she confronts Case to tell him the news, he's not quite as receptive to the news as she'd hoped, so she takes herself off with a bodyguard and attempts to chase down the lead herself. But, after having some sense talked into him, Case meets up with Mia and stalls her departure, assuring he and his team are with her on the hunt for his brother. Things turn typically crazy as they do in a Masters and Mercenaries novel, there is attempted kidnappings, feisty subbies, people getting shot, misunderstandings, more kidnappings. Just a typical outing in Lexi's books, but a grand adventure that I loved every second, including all of the hot, kinky sex and McKay-Taggart team fun she's known for.

I love this series because of the perfect balance of kickass action, suspense and emotional connections and DOMINANCE NEVER DIES does not disappoint, with an intricate plot, lots of action and a poignant romance. My favorite thing about this book is the relationship between Case and Mia. Mia is reckless and has a tendency to jump into situations without thinking them through and Case is very hot tempered and shoots off at the mouth without thinking. Quite a match, right? But Case is the sweetest and most indulgent Dom ever and Mia a lucky woman because he knows her and gives her room to be herself, including letting her run headlong into dangerous situations while providing her with protection. Even the fights were their own form of foreplay, which worked for them. Case and Mia's story which began in From Sanctum with Love, didn't end so well when the lies and the subterfuge came to light, but Mia is determined to get Case to see her as more than a backstabbing reporter or the high maintenance princess he thinks she is and if that means giving him what he wants the most, then she'll do it, never mind that she is a high value target and it puts her squarely in the cross-hairs of some very dangerous people. Case will brave the fires of hell to rescue his twin Theo and that is pretty much what this rescue mission is going to be, because there is a lot more at play than they are aware of and they will need the resources of Mackay-Taggart and Mia's billionaire brother Drew Lawless, to get them through what's coming. I always have high expectations whenever I pick up a new installment of this series and I have never been disappointed. As usual, Ms. Blake throws in a few new characters and if you are like me, you are already excited about the thought of Drew Lawless getting his own story, right? At this point, it only makes sense for any reader to read this series in order to get the best out of it. If you are not a fan of BDSM, don't worry because while Case and Mia have a D/s dynamic going on, this story focuses more on the action and the development of the relationship between them. If you haven't read this series yet, I have only one question: why not? Disclaimer: I received this book for free from the Publisher in exchange for an honest review. Another great addition to one of my favorite series! I have read all of them more than once. Read this book, turned around and read them all again. I know Lexi Blake never meant to have this many books in the series but I'm so glad she did. Can't wait for Theo and Erin's story.

I seriously read a bad review and i was like oh Nooo please don't dissapoint me. I waited 3 books to get Theo back, I mourned and grieved and cried reading his death scene. i can't believe an idiot would write a bad review because it didnt have enough sex scenes?? REALLY? This book was fabulous and the lawless family is going to bring even more entertaining stories to the Taggert family. I LOVED MIA AND CASE! Their relationship was way deeper then sex, having Big Tag (Ian) Tennesee, Ezra Faine (my curiosity is peaked), Michael, Hutch and Erin in the mix of sarcasm and loyalty was true Taggert family dynamics! The action never stopped.Welcome home Theo we have been waiting for your return...can't wait for the next book!!

Love her books, really look forward to seeing future installments , like the change of Case not being the typical "it's all her fault " and can't get past it for endless chapters. Light on Dom, but again nice to see. Keep up the good work.

Really enjoyed this book; funny interaction between the characters and we were introduced to a new group of characters. Not as many sex scenes or heavy BDSM in this book, but I don't think this story needed it. Can't wait for the next book in this series and I'm just as excited to read Lexi's new series which will allow us to see some familiar faces from the Masters and Mercenaries series.

I look forward to each new book in the series and their spinoffs. If you haven't read any of the MT books, do yourself a favor and read the first in the series today! You'll be glad you did.

I started off not super familiar with the characters from this series, but intrigued by the plot of the story. Being it was a standalone, I quickly became acquainted with the main characters, and learned many interesting facts about the others along the way. Case Taggert’s brother was presumed dead after their last dangerous operation. Unfortunately, the people associated with his death are still out there, and the Taggert family isn’t about to stand idly by while that happens. They begin researching and looking for a way to be certain everyone involved got the ends they deserved. What Case doesn’t plan on is Mia Danvers. She comes into his life unsuspectingly and pulls at his heart. Unfortunately, she doesn’t quite tell the whole truth about her past. This dishonesty causes a rift between the two, and when Mia runs across some vital information for the family, Case doesn’t know whether to trust her. This story captured my attention from the start! I love stories involving action and intrigue. There’s so much going on between the characters and in the story, that I felt like I was always second guessing what I believed would happen--not only the events around Theo’s death, but there turned out to be much more going on around that with the characters as well. My favorite part about this story was the ending. I love that the ending was left unresolved, but with a speck of hope. It’s a realistic ending in the face of the events that happened, and I believe a great start for a new story *wink, wink* I also, totally loved Hutch! He was by far my favorite character in this book and I’m so excited to see where his story might take us! There were a few parts of the dialogue that didn’t agree with me. Some of the love scenes between Case & Mia, I felt, had some uncomfortable stuff. I did enjoy the way the Dom/sub relationship was explained and played out between the two, but just some of the scenes felt cheesy a bit. There were also some scenes that didn’t draw my attention and I sort of skimmed through. But overall a great story and I can’t wait for it to continue!
