I always find it hard to make time to read any Christmas stories with all the craziness leading up to the holidays, but I was really glad I picked this one up. The trip these three take together is heartwarming, with details that make all of the family Christmas traditions seem tangible. The book is a real easy read, quick and enjoyable, without leaving too many open-ended questions. I found myself identifying with all of the characters, and smiling at the ending.
