About the Author

Virginia Ann Work is a published author with more than thirty years experience. She has written and published the Jodi Mystery series for teens (republished the first two books just recently), two novels in a medieval series, The Keys to the Kingdom (Sirocco Wind from the East and Mistral Wind from the West), and wrote four devotional books for teens that were published and used across Canada by the Canadian Sunday School Mission. She earned an AA degree at Multnomah University with a minor in journalism.
She and her husband live in northeastern Washington. She loves to read mysteries, take walks, swim, paint, travel, and talk to her kids and grand-kids. Virginia is a professional editor ( She and her daughter, Vicki Lucas, teach writing seminars across the country.
