Shirley Jordan was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She is a mother of four and has five grandchildren. Shirley is an entrepreneur, owning and operating a hair salon that catered to children of all ages and disabilities for a total of ten years. Shirley loves writing children’s books because she feels as if children won’t judge a person if the images aren’t perfect and this inspires her to continue to write. Shirley has no enemies and she loves to make people laugh believing that laughter is good for the heart.
