Buck Peters leaves the BAR-20 in the capable hands of his foreman, Hopalong Cassidy, and heads north to Montana to regain control of a ranch he’s part owner of. When he gets there he finds out he’s all alone against the conniving people in the town who want that ranch. But, a BAR-20 man is never really alone.
