Are You My Type, Am I Yours is one of the most useful books I've read for building both my personal and professional relationships. The insights into your own personality and the personalities of your friends, family and co-workers is invaluable to increasing the quality of communication and understanding. This book is very approachable--lots of funny anecdotes, easy-to-use questionaires, cartoon illustrations, and quick tips. The book has three main points: 1. Help you determine your own personality type. 2. Help your friends, family, and co-workers determine their personality type. 3. Provide helpful tips & insights of how one personality type can communicate better with another personality type.
