She has made numerous contributions to the media, including radio and television and has written a book, Whole Health (Infinite Ideas, 2006). She specialises in female hormone issues, weight loss and stress management.
Lucy Wyndham-Read is an ex-army, qualified Personal Fitness Trainer specialising in designing antenatal and postnatal exercise programmes. She has appeared in radio and television and regularly writes fitness articles for magazines and newspapers. She believes that fitness should be part of day to day life, but can also be quick, fun and require little space or equipment.
