The Instant and Healthy cookbook has been a fabulous addition to our kitchen. I'm a fairly new Instant Pot user and have been intimidated to cook any type of recipe but this cookbook was able to break down the recipe into simple steps that I could follow (which says a lot!). It's also encouraged me to experiment with new recipes and bring delicious AND healthy meals to my family. Highly recommend this cookbook (especially the lentil sloppy joe recipe :))
