I read these charming stories many times to my children, and we never tired of them. I bought this edition for my grandaughter and I know that she'll love Frog and Toad too. The characters are marvelous and young readers or listeners can learn, laugh, and emphathize.

BN deserves special recognition for annual reading literacy initiative sponsoring holiday book drive for community organizations. The festive holiday display had boy age 7 with reading interest in Frog & Toad. A family favorite, this book provides reading entertainment with adventure series. 5 stars to BN promoting reading literacy!

My children love the adventures of Frog and Toad!!! I have sons and quite naturally the children believe they are toad and their father is frog. No matter how many times these stories are read, they continually light up as if they have never heard the stories. I love that the stories are wholesome, positive and enlightening. We love all the tales of Frog and Toad.

This has been by far the favorite book for me and my 7 year old son. It's easy enough for young readers and interesting for both of us. I highly recommend Frog and Toad.

Really cute characters and stories. Great for beginning readers who have surpassed the dick and jane type stories and are ready for easy chapter books. You'll also enjoy reading the stories to your children or grandchildren. The characters are sweet and humorous.

The Frog and Toad stories have been some of our favorites. Clean prose and practical lessons with engaging stories. This edition stays by the bed and has all the stories. We also have several of the other Lobel books for reading together and look at alone. This is a great way to have them all anywhere you need one book instead of many.

The book was very good for my little brother, who i bought it for. The characters were very engaging and the plot kept him going. My little brother doesn't really like reading and has a hard time finishing books. This book however kept him going and he kept reading until the end. He loved it and I think any kid who has a hard time getting into books, will love this one.

My kids cannot get enough of these lovable creatures; we even found a CD that goes along with a few of these stories. Our kids ask us to read this book so often, my 3-year old son can even recite some of the stories to the last detail. Plots are easy enough to understand and follow for toddlers and still interesting enough for older kids. Awesome book, we love it!

This book is a wonderful tool to teach your children about friendship. Frog and Toad are charming, funny, kind, and they have a wonderful way of warming your heart. I would recommend this book to everyone. Your child can relate with their adventures and the problems that they deal with in every story.

My daughter saw this book in a store window. From her face, I could see that it brought back the warm memories of being read to as a child and listening to the wonderful adventures of Frog and Toad. I bought it for her for Christmas this year. Now she'll be able to read these marvelous stories to her children and create the same memories we have of togetherness, caring, and love.

Out of all the books that I can remember reading in school growing up, this was my favorite. The adventures of frog and toad taught me the true meaning of friendship. I loved their adventures and could easily imagine myself having fun with them on all the adventures they had. I decided to purchase this book for my 1 and 1/2 year old son. Although, he is unable to read it, I will greatly enjoy reading this book to him and again reliving all those great memories that this book gives me. Hopefully, he will also love to read this book when he grows older. I recommend this book to anyone! It truly left a lasting impression on me.
