A nice book to curl up and get lost in the charming plot which winds it's ways unexpectedly. I love the animals that help solve the mystery, it adds another awareness to our life, maybe they are communicating with us! I do know that for sure and these books are hence part of the way I think, so I enjoy them even more.

I am very much enjoying this 2nd book in the series. I like Willa and I really like Ranger the dog. Sorry, I am more of a dog person. However, I do like the cats in this series. Jimmy, the new police officer is a good kid. I love that he helped solve the mystery. There were a few typos in this book, but easy to overlook.

First book 5 stars but when I bought this book and it only takes me to pg 14 then says end of sample. I deleted and purchased again hoping for the full book as it does not say it is a sample book before purchase. It still only gave me the sample. I read the first book and loved it enough to buy this one but now i have wasted $8 on a book i can not finish. I do jotp want to try another one just for it to end up being a sample book as well.

This book has a good mystery to try to figure out, but it also has it's light hearted moments. I love the characters especially the cats and how they help solve the crimes. The ghosts add a little fun, but do not take away from the serious nature of the crime comitted. I also enjoy that the characters are not all young lithe and without flaws. I know I will keep reading this series.

Loved the animal conversations that left the humans wonderin. As I've often thought and as Ms. Dobbs writes, animals may be smarter than humans and only tolerate us as walking food dispensers.

I enjoyed the twists and turns of this book. Very typical for this author. Mystery, humor, strange cats, and even stranger ghosts, made this a fun read.

I really enjoyed the mystery, could not put it dow. Love the characters and the ghost that hangout at the bookstore. I always like a great ghost story when the main character helps the ghost move on. Great read.

L. Dobbs lives up to my expectations. I prefer ghosts to witches however,, so my admirration for her writing has doubled.

With the help of Pandora and her extended family of other cats, solving murder mysteries is becoming a habit to a former crime journalist-turned-bookstore-owner. She just can't help investigating, especially when the murder victim is the one asking for help.

I enjoyed reading this book as well as other books by this author.

A small town book shop owner who solves murders with the help of ghosts and her cat sounds like a book I would normally run away from. Ms. Dobbs takes this unlikely premise and spins a delightful yarn with interesting characters and a well paced plot. I plan on reading all her books in the series.
