Easy to read, easy to comprehend...what else is there?! I read this AFTER I read another fitness book, 'Build Your Mind, Your Body Will Follow', and I tell you---my fitness goals are so much clearer now, after 'Build Your Mind, Your Body Will Follow' that I think ANY fitness book will be much better!
