I have been getting more charged each time I excercise. I see a change every week as I add more weights to my workout. I find I have more energy and want to do more each day. I recommend it for anyone who wants to get into better shape and has limited time.

Five Factor Fitness has been very effective in keeping my fitness goals realistic. Enjoyed the easy to understand concepts and the workouts are easy to fit into my work days. I do longer workouts on the weekends. Give it a try.

i got into the best shape of my life in 2007 by using this workout plan. I didn't follow the diet to a T but used the general principles in my food choices with spectacular results.I am 52 years old now and have become quite sedentary the last 2 years after retiring from the trades. As an advanced exerciser, I am constantly reading different books about diet and exercise to stay motivated and try new programs. Just when I didn't think I could learn anymore about health, I read this book and learned so much more. I now do the 25 minute workouts and am in even better shape than I was before. I recommend this book to anyone looking for a quick and effective workout plan, if you want to try something new, or need a little direction in your workout. Five Factor Fitness is much easier and more interesting to read compared to G-Force, The GI diet Revolution and many other health books I have read.

five factor fitness is agreat book for those of us who don't know how to eat,when to eat, or what to eat also i thought i knew how to work out but wasn't getting any results this produced results, the food and the frequency shed the pounds i wanted to lose, kept them off and my whole body felt good in the first week of trying it, Harvey book is now a way of life for me.

After many tries with all of the diets and programs I have actually begun the workouts for a couple of weeks and I must say I have never been more excited to go back to the gym. The most fascinating thing is that my parents have both read the book and have begun the workouts. I thought ¿what¿s new with work¿ was the highlight of the Sunday dinner conversations but now I find myself discussing the variation of reps and sets that were are going to be doing in the next week of workouts and exchange tips on form for lying dumbell flys. Thank you Harley I can already feel myself become more muscular.
