Preaches erroneus low fat diet that has been proven again and again to be unhealthy. Cites "negative calorie" foods which I could have gotten from a pro ana site (obviously not real science.) There are better tips out there. Normally I would not have a problem with a free book that sucks balls, but putting out potentially harmful information is irresonsible. Not all the "tips" are bad, but one must already posess this knowledge to know the difference.

This is so amazing it helped me a lot in just the first week of using the tips. I highly reccomend it if your a person who has been wanting to lose weight. I got tips and the info i needed. Thank you and make another book like this pleasssse!!!!!!!!!!

Im only twelve but have been trying to lose weight my whole life. Fasting and not allowing yourself certain foods is so unhealthy and bad for your body. Excersize and eat right and the weight will drop in a short matter of time!!!!

Stay away from carbs and fast food junk. Also stay very active and in shape, im only 12 but thats a natural way to lose weight.

I find it very informative. It was straight and to the point. Maybe it should have included more details but I reccomend this to beginners

A lot if tips in this book relate to me. So i will begin to take them on Monday. (Tomorrow) i look foward to seeing results. I am age 17 and weigh roughly 173 pounds and i play volleyball and hour a day.. For the last 2 weeks i have been dieting in my own way, but now that i have a guideline to healthy eating and exercise, i am excited to see how this will affect me.

If you want to lose weight you should push yourself to your goal. If we all try and work hard maybe we won't see heavy weighted people around. FYI you are taking advice from a 11 yr. old.
