Her musical growth and comfort in her own skin are so apparent in this CD. Listening to 37 Days on an MP3 player with a good set of ear buds just takes it to another level. All the depth of the music shines through. Everyone takes center stage on one song or another."As good as it gets" is just a fun song, you just want to sing it out loud."Jealousy" and "Over You" are classic Beth. I love the line, "Mama I can hardly wait, to take a little chance on fate" Listen to the drums on "Easy" so smooth. Pick any song cause the bass lines are awesome and complex. Not to mention the rocking guitar riffs throughout. I love "Heaven Look Down" and the rawness of "At The Bottom". I thought I wouldn't like One-eyed Chicken at first, but it is one of my fav's now. I bought this CD over a month ago and can't stop playing it. Melissa and KT both have new CD's but I just can't move on yet. Enjoy!!
Beth Hart is so real---she and her band rocks the hell out of every song they play! There's no one better on the music scene today--she needs more exposure!
