A quick moral that is simply told. It's based on the types of strategic planning often used in business. The techniques are simplified to the key questions families need to understand their unique situation and get what is most valuable to them.
Patrick Lencioni uses a story to illustrate the importance and power of using simple principles to clarify decisions in your family. It is a quick and easy read and is hard to put down, but it has a lot of great ideas and he communicates the principles very well. I just finished the book and look forward to putting this into practice in my family. I hope you get this book and are as excited about it as I am.
