The Jets' 20th Century Masters: The Millennium Collection gathers a dozen of the group's breezy mid- to late-'80s singles, including their biggest hits, "Crush" "Make It Real," and "You Got It All." Listeners who only know the group from these singles will be pleasantly surprised by the strength of the Jets' other material, particularly up-tempo tracks like "Private Number," "Curiosity," and "Sendin' All My Love," which mix the energy of Paisley Park urban pop with the bubblegum sweetness and innocence of decades-earlier styles. While the selections on this collection aren't as eclectic as those on Then & Now & Wow, The Millennium Collection is a solid collection of the Jets' most recognizable work.

20th Century Masters - The Millennium Collection: The Best of the Jets based on 0 ratings. 3 reviews.
My first concert ever. Where does girlfriend begin? Crush on you? Rocket to you? Cross my broken heart? It was years ago yet seems like yesterday. These songs songs rocked then and they rock now!
There were only two songs that the Jets recorded that I liked so this Best of the Jets and the cost was worth it.
The Jets are my favorite teen pop act of not only the '80s, but ever. They're much better than the majority of teen pop acts that have arrived on the music scene in recent years. Every track on this compilation is just absolutely stellar, not a bad track on there at all. The uptempo/mid- tempo songs are exciting and exhilarating the slow jams are wondrous and captivating. If you're all just curious about this album, getting into the Jets and looking for all the things that makes the perfect musical act, then it y'all will probably find none more perfect than this. In my opinion, the Jets are among the more interesting teen pop acts from the '80s. I think they're my favorite because for one, they're the only true teen pop band that I can think of that actually play instruments and they knew how to show what great music is really all about, while putting on great shows, and were serious about it. There's not much else to say other than the re-mastering quality on this disc is great. Anyway, believe me on this when I say check this band and album out, trust me, y'all will not be disappointed at all.
