These books are 70- 100 years old. I enjoyed the stories and the insight into the era they are set. Some are romances, a bit unrealistic but sweet. I enjoyed the Witness and the spiritual transformation. I didn't find glaring typos that were distracting.

I've not finished all of the books in this collection. They are all old friends and I'm enjoying savoring them again. There are many proofreading corrections that need to be made as when the books were converted to the electronic version there are words changed or left off, spacing issues, punctuation problems, etc. Because I've read all of the books before I know what should be there, but someone reading the stories for the first time would not.

It is refreshing to find light reading that conatins desirable moral standards, dialogue between charatcters that is wholesome and not full of profanity, and that leaves one feeling hopeful for society and mankind. So many of the new writers have lost touch with this aspect of life. I have read most of these years ago but find they are refreshing and I look forward to being able to read from them daily.
