About the Author
Kevin J. Cox (B.A., Bates College, M.A., Worcester State College) is currently the Science Department Head at Burncoat High School in Worcester, Massachusetts. Over the past fifteen years Mr. Cox has taught A.P. Physics and Engineering. He is well known for his "hands-on" approach to teaching science. He is also the author of Hooked on Earth Science which sold over 10,000 copies. Mr. Cox is an avid supporter of FIRST Robotics and has served as the faculty advisor to the Team 1735 Green Reapers based at Burncoat High School. He is also a long time track coach at Burncoat.
